Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- Coat the parchment-lined pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in 1 ½ cups of chocolate chunks into the dough.
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared pan and press the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chunks on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until light golden brown and a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
- Let cool, then use the parchment overhang to remove from the pan and cut into squares.
