Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, melted butter, eggs, sour cream, milk, and vanilla until combined.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the streusel, then add melted butter and combine until crumbly.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of muffin batter into each liner, sprinkle with 2-3 teaspoons of streusel, then add another 2 tablespoons of batter on top.
- Sprinkle a bit more streusel on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until the tops spring back when touched.
- For the glaze, mix cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until creamy, then add powdered sugar and milk, mixing until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled muffins.
