Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, garlic powder, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, ¾ teaspoon of Italian seasoning, egg white, and milk until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 20 mini meatballs, about ¾ to 1 inch in size.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the meatballs and optionally cut them in half for easier placement on the pizza.
- Spread pizza sauce over the pizza crust, leaving a ½ inch edge.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then distribute the meatballs evenly on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining teaspoon of Italian seasoning over the pizza.
- Bake the pizza on a baking sheet, pizza stone, or directly on the oven rack for 8-10 minutes.
