Instructions
- 1. Combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, milk, and egg in a bowl.
- 2. Form the mixture into 12 equal meatballs, placing a chunk of string cheese in the center of each.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the meatballs for 5-6 minutes.
- 4. Allow the meatballs to cool, then preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 5. Mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt to form dough, then knead and roll it out.
- 6. Cut the dough into 12 squares and wrap each meatball, sealing the edges.
- 7. Place the wrapped meatballs on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg white, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- 8. Bake for 20-22 minutes and serve warm with marinara sauce.
