Instructions
- Combine white beans, leafy herbs, cashew butter, lemon juice, Tamari, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry sliced garlic until golden, then add to the food processor.
- Process until the mixture is silky smooth, adding cold water if necessary.
- Preheat the grill and prepare mushroom skewers, drizzling with olive oil and seasoning.
- Grill the mushrooms until browned, flipping halfway through.
- Spread the whipped beans on a serving plate, top with grilled mushrooms and optional garnishes, and serve with crostini.
