White Beans with Mushrooms and Marinara

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Wash and slice the mushrooms, then sauté them in olive oil with salt and pepper until wilted.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the skillet, sautéing for an additional 2 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the butter beans, then add them to the skillet along with the marinara, basil, and red pepper.
- Stir to combine and heat through for about 5 minutes.
- Shred the mozzarella and sprinkle it on top of the skillet mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove the foil, switch to broil, and broil for a few minutes to brown the cheese.
- Serve hot, optionally with garlic bread.
