Instructions
- Remove the tops and seeds from the jalapenos.
- Wrap each piece of cheese with a piece of prosciutto.
- Stuff the wrapped cheese into the jalapenos.
- Prepare the grill for medium direct heat (about 350 degrees).
- Grill the poppers for about 8 minutes total, 4 minutes on each side, until char marks form and cheese begins to melt.
- Remove from the grill and serve.
