Prosciutto and Havarti Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients

  • 10 pieces jalapenos
  • 1 package (6-8 oz) prosciutto
  • 8 ounces havarti cheese

Instructions

  1. Remove the tops and seeds from the jalapenos.
  2. Wrap each piece of cheese with a piece of prosciutto.
  3. Stuff the wrapped cheese into the jalapenos.
  4. Prepare the grill for medium direct heat (about 350 degrees).
  5. Grill the poppers for about 8 minutes total, 4 minutes on each side, until char marks form and cheese begins to melt.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve.
