Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup dried berries (cranberries, goji berries, mulberries)
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup grated unsweetened coconut
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup nut butter of choice (almond, peanut, cashew, etc.)
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup full fat coconut milk
  • tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Ensure the mixture is crumbly but sticks together when pressed.
  3. If too dry, add more coconut milk or nut butter.
  4. Form the mixture into balls using your hands.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
