Sicilian Style Salmon with Garlic Broccoli and Tomatoes

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub salmon with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with chili flakes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear flesh side down for 2-3 minutes until crisp, then flip and cook for 1 more minute.
- Remove salmon from skillet and add more oil. Cook broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes, then add tomatoes, garlic, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Cook until tomatoes burst, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add a splash of wine, and stir in olives. Return salmon to skillet to warm through.
- Serve salmon with the vegetables and sauce, garnished with fresh oregano.
