Instructions
- Blend dry cashews in a food processor until they are a fine crumble.

- For crumbled form, stop here; otherwise, blend until smooth to shape into a wheel.
- Refrigerate the shaped wheel overnight.
- Grate the cheese once it's chilled, or use it crumbled directly.
