Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ¼-½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Pulse the raw cashews in a food processor until they are in small pieces.
  2. Add the nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, and pepper to the food processor and blend on low for 1-2 minutes until combined and resembling grated parmesan.
  3. Serve on top of pasta, pizza, or roasted vegetables.
