Instructions
- Pulse the raw cashews in a food processor until they are in small pieces.
- Add the nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, and pepper to the food processor and blend on low for 1-2 minutes until combined and resembling grated parmesan.
- Serve on top of pasta, pizza, or roasted vegetables.
