Homemade Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Instructions
- Sauté the onion, salt, and oil or broth until the onions are soft and browning, about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatillos, peppers, garlic, cilantro, and oregano, cooking until the tomatillos have released their liquid and everything is beginning to brown, about 7-8 minutes.
- Carefully transfer the mixture to a blender and pulse to chop, blending to your preferred consistency.
- Serve with chips or use as a topping on various dishes.
