Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a 6-hole doughnut pan.
- Whisk together the melted coconut oil and cane sugar in a medium bowl.
- Add the egg and whisk until combined.
- Mix in the baking powder, baking soda, matcha powder, nutmeg, sea salt, and vanilla.
- Alternately add the flour and almond milk, starting with the flour, until the batter is thick and combined.
- Spoon the batter into the doughnut pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Let the doughnuts cool for 5 to 10 minutes before removing them from the pan.
