Ingredients

The cold brew

  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup
  • 2 cups cold brew
  • 1 cup ice

The cold foam

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk together half the caramel syrup with the cold brew in a glass jar.
  2. Pour the mixture into two glasses filled with ice.
  3. In a bowl, combine the remaining caramel syrup and heavy cream.
  4. Use a hand mixer to beat the mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Pour the cold foam over the cold brew in each glass, sprinkle with salt, and serve immediately.
