Air Fryer Kale Chips

Lacinato green kale (leaves torn, ribs removed)

coconut or olive oil spray

garlic powder seasoning

cooking white vinegar

sea salt (or sea salt flakes)

crushed black pepper (optional)

squeeze
of fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Wash and dry the kale leaves thoroughly.
- Tear the kale leaves into chip-sized pieces.
- Toss the kale in a bowl with oil spray, garlic powder, vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Place half of the kale in the air fryer and cook for 4 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes if needed.
- Remove the first batch and repeat with the second half of the kale.
- Once all chips are cooked, season with more sea salt and lemon juice before serving.
