Ingredients

  • 1 batch curly kale, washed and patted dry
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the kale, then remove the leaves from the stems and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper to the kale, and massage the mixture into the leaves.
  3. Transfer the kale to the air fryer basket and cook at 390°F for 6-7 minutes until crispy.
  4. Serve warm or at room temperature.
