Air Fryer Kale Chips

Instructions
- Rinse the kale leaves under cool running water and dry them using a salad spinner or a clean towel.
- Remove the kale stems and tear or cut the leaves into roughly 2-inch pieces.
- In a medium bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder, or spray the leaves with oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 275°F.
- Place the kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding too much overlap.
- Air fry at 275°F for 5 minutes, checking for crispiness. If not crispy enough, cook for an additional minute at a time as needed.
- Enjoy immediately or store at room temperature for up to 4 days, recrisping in the air fryer if necessary.
