Air Fryer Kale Chips

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Remove and discard the thick stems from the kale.
- Wash the kale leaves under running water and dry them thoroughly using paper towels.
- Place the dry kale in a large bowl and add the oil and salt, tossing to coat evenly.
- Transfer the kale to the air fryer basket and air fry for 2 minutes.
- Pause the fryer, toss or flip the kale for even cooking, then return it to the air fryer.
- Air fry for an additional 2 minutes or until crispy, being careful not to burn.
- Transfer the crispy kale chips to a serving bowl and repeat with any remaining kale.
