Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch kale
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  2. Remove and discard the thick stems from the kale.
  3. Wash the kale leaves under running water and dry them thoroughly using paper towels.
  4. Place the dry kale in a large bowl and add the oil and salt, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Transfer the kale to the air fryer basket and air fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Pause the fryer, toss or flip the kale for even cooking, then return it to the air fryer.
  7. Air fry for an additional 2 minutes or until crispy, being careful not to burn.
  8. Transfer the crispy kale chips to a serving bowl and repeat with any remaining kale.
