Turkey Kofta Kebabs

Bamboo Skewers (soaked ahead of time)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- Spoon the mixture into heaping tablespoon portions and roll into oval shapes.
- Place two ovals onto each pre-soaked skewer.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 350 degrees).
- Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill the kebabs for about 3-4 minutes on each side until char marks form and the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
