Grilled Turkey Kofta Skewers with Yogurt Sauce

The Yogurt Sauce

non-fat Greek yogurt

mint leaves, chopped

Instructions
- Combine turkey, grated onion, herbs, garlic, salt, and spices in a bowl and mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into oval logs and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for 15 minutes to ½ hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grate.
- Grill the skewers for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally for grill marks.
- Reduce heat and cook for another 5-8 minutes until cooked through and caramelized.
- Mix yogurt sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
