Basil & Mint Vinaigrette

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the oils in a blender, packing the leaves down toward the blades.
- Blend the ingredients into a puree, stopping to stir as necessary.
- With the blender running on low, slowly add the oils until fully incorporated.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning to your preference.
- Pour the vinaigrette into a sealed container and refrigerate.
- Shake or stir before serving as it may separate in the fridge.
