Basil Vinaigrette

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
- If the vinaigrette is too thick, add a few tablespoons of water until the desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
