Ingredients

The base

  • ½ cup Smooth Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder

The topping

  • 9 tsp Strawberry Jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together the peanut butter, honey, eggs, vanilla, and salt until combined.
  3. Add in the oats, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix well.
  4. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and press the oatmeal mixture into the pan.
  5. Make 9 divots in the mixture for the jam.
  6. Spoon 1 tsp. of jam into each divot.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees and allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.
