Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, blend the sugar, butter, and vegetable oil until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla and almond extracts.
- Gradually fold in the flour mixture and milk in batches, alternating between them.
- Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
- Divide the batter among 12 muffin liners, filling each nearly full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the muffins on a wire rack.
- For the glaze, whisk together the glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Dip the warm muffins in the glaze, then decorate with additional sprinkles.
