BLT with (or without) Crabmeat

ripe tomatoes (cut into ¼ slices)

Bibb lettuce (or Boston)

mayonnaise

tarragon (fresh, optional)
Instructions
- 1. Fry the bacon until crisp, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- 2. Drain the bacon on paper towels.
- 3. If using tarragon, finely chop it and mix it into the mayonnaise.
- 4. Spread the mayo mixture evenly on the toasted buns.
- 5. Top the buns with crabmeat, tomatoes, bacon, and lettuce.
- 6. Enjoy your sandwich!
