Instructions
- Prepare the caramelized onions as per the recipe.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, about 20 minutes in a 375°F oven, then cool and tear into thirds.
- Mix mayonnaise with cracked black pepper in a small bowl.
- Toss arugula with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
- Slice tomatoes into ½ inch thick slices.
- Assemble the sliders by cutting the buns in half, spreading pepper mayonnaise on both halves, layering with tomato slices, arugula, bacon, caramelized onions, and then the top bun.
