Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease two 24-cup mini muffin pans.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, honey or sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add the milk mixture, mashed bananas, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently, being careful not to over mix.
- Fill the mini muffin pans ¾ full with the batter.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the tops spring back lightly to the touch.
- Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
