Rosemary and Garlic Cauliflower Mash

Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a medium pot and add the chopped cauliflower, cooking for about 10 minutes until tender.
- 2. Drain the cauliflower and pat it dry.
- 3. In a food processor, combine the hot cauliflower with chicken stock, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and cheeses, then process until smooth.
- 4. Stir in salt, pepper, and rosemary before serving.
