Cookie Dough Bars

The cookie dough

miniature M&M's

The topping

semisweet chocolate chips

butter

miniature M&M's
Instructions
- Bake the flour at 350°F for 5 minutes to make it safe to eat.
- Line an 8"x8" pan with parchment paper and coat it with cooking spray.
- In a mixer, beat the butter and brown sugar until fluffy, then add vanilla and mix for another minute.
- Alternately add the flour and condensed milk, mixing on low until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and M&M's into the dough.
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared pan and freeze for 30 minutes.
- For the topping, melt the chocolate chips and butter in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the cookie dough and press M&M's into the chocolate.
- Chill the bars in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving, then cut into squares.
