Instructions
- Peel the kohlrabi and cut it into ¼ inch matchsticks.
- In a large bowl, combine the kohlrabi, chopped cilantro, scallions, minced jalapeño, lime zest, and orange zest.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Toss the salad with the dressing and refrigerate until serving.
- Garnish with additional zest and cilantro before serving.
