Instructions
- Assemble the sandwich with bread, dessert hummus or peanut butter, and fruit.
- Dip the assembled sandwich into the egg and milk mixture.
- Cook on a panini press or griddle until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve topped with maple syrup.
