The zoodles

  • 1 zucchini zucchini

The cooking essentials

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium non-stick sauté pan.
  2. Add chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add zucchini noodles along with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes until noodles are tender.
  5. Serve and enjoy, optionally topping with red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese.
