Ingredients

The marinade

  • 1 pound chicken breast tenders
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

For serving

  • as needed lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken tenders, olive oil, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl or resealable bag and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
  3. Place the marinated chicken on the grill in a single layer.
  4. Grill the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the grill, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
