The glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Make the crumble topping by whisking together flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl, then mix in the coconut oil until crumbly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients for the muffins.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the wet ingredients until well combined.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in the diced apples.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin cups and sprinkle the crumble topping on top.
- Bake for 17 to 22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Make the glaze by whisking powdered sugar and almond milk until smooth, then drizzle over the cooled muffins.
