Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and set up a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together baking powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl with olive oil, tossing to coat.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wings and toss again until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings on the wire rack without touching each other.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
