Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, coconut milk, vanilla extract, mashed banana, and shredded coconut.
- 2. Taste the mixture and add maple syrup if desired, depending on the ripeness of the banana.
- 3. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
- 4. Serve the oats warm, cold, or at room temperature, garnished with fruit.
