Instructions
- Whisk together oat milk, egg, egg whites, protein powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Dredge both sides of each slice of bread in the egg mixture and place on the skillet.
- Cook each side for 3-4 minutes until slightly browned.
- Remove from skillet and top with optional toppings as desired.
