Instructions
- Combine the banana, egg, egg whites, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Melt the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat and pour in the batter.
- Cook while stirring until the eggs are no longer runny, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from the pan and serve.
