The vanilla pudding

cashews

Instructions
- Preheat a pan on medium heat.
- Cut the banana into half-inch pieces.
- Add coconut oil and ghee to the pan.
- Fry the banana pieces for a couple of minutes on each side until browned.
- Sprinkle with Celtic salt and coconut sugar.
- Prepare the vanilla pudding by blending soaked cashews and liquified coconut oil until smooth.
- Add agave, vanilla extract, and coconut milk to the processor and blend until combined.
- Pour the pudding into a dish and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
- Serve the fried bananas over the vanilla pudding.
