Basil Roasted Garlic Dip

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil, placing a cooking rack over it.
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli rabe with olive oil, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Divide the broccoli rabe into 12 bunches and wrap each with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped broccoli rabe on the cooking rack and sprinkle with parmesan and drizzle with honey.
- Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes until the broccoli rabe is crispy and the bacon is fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven, discard the toothpicks, and sprinkle with additional parmesan, pine nuts, and cherry tomatoes if desired.
- Serve with the Basil Roasted Garlic Dip.
