Ingredients

The fries

  • 1 large russet potato

The seasoning

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 205C/425F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
  3. Spiralize the potato and cut the strips into 6-8 inch lengths.
  4. Toss the spiralized potato with the seasoning to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the fries on the baking sheet without overcrowding.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the fries and bake for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
  7. Check for doneness and return any soft fries to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
