Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch pieces.
- Fill a large bowl with cold water and stir in 2 tablespoons of salt.
- Soak the sliced potatoes in the salt water for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and dry them well with a towel.
- Return the potatoes to a dry bowl and toss them with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients together.
- Sprinkle the seasoning over the fries and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the fries for even crisping.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dip.
