Instructions
- Combine black beans, red pepper, red onion, poblano pepper, mango, and cilantro in a medium-sized bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together orange juice, rice vinegar, and olive oil.
- Pour the dressing over the black bean mixture and stir well.
- Just before serving, toss with avocado.
