Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Add diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add ground beef and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook until the meat is browned.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne powder.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, pinto beans, kidney beans, tomato paste, honey, and beef broth, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a light boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with optional toppings as desired.
