Quick and Easy Vegan Alfredo

Instructions
- Cook the pasta until al dente, about 7-8 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- While the pasta cooks, add all sauce ingredients (except pasta) into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the drained pasta back into the pot and pour the desired amount of sauce over it.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, and add in any desired vegetables.
- Cook until everything is heated through, then serve immediately.
