Instructions
- 1. Combine water and salt in a small pot and bring to a boil.
- 2. Stir in the brown rice and bring back to a boil.
- 3. Reduce heat to low for a gentle simmer and cover the pot.
- 4. Set a timer for 30 minutes.
- 5. After 30 minutes, check if the water has absorbed.
- 6. If the water is absorbed, turn off the heat and let the pot sit covered for 15 minutes.
- 7. Remove the lid and fluff the rice before serving.
