Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Freeze the dough for 30 minutes until firm enough to shape.
- Roll the dough into small truffle-sized balls and re-freeze until ready to dip.
- Melt the chocolate candy coating in a double boiler.
- Dip each frozen ball in the melted chocolate and set to dry on wax paper.
