Classic Marinara Sauce

Instructions
- Heat olive oil and chopped onions in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Cook onions for 3-4 minutes, then add chopped garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add crushed tomatoes, sea salt, and black pepper, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in chopped basil and Italian parsley, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Serve with pasta and garnish with grated Romano cheese and fresh basil.
