Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets and boil in water for 15 minutes until soft.
- While the cauliflower cooks, dice the bacon and cook it in a skillet until browned.
- Prepare the seasoning mix by combining all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot.
- Mash the cauliflower with a potato masher while keeping the heat low.
- Add ghee, seasoning mix, bacon, and cheese to the mashed cauliflower and mix well.
- Serve topped with optional toppings as desired.
