Instructions
- 1. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crisp.
- 2. Set the bacon aside on a paper towel and wipe some of the fat from the skillet.
- 3. Crack the egg into the skillet, cover, and cook until the yolk is set.
- 4. Toast the bread while the egg is cooking.
- 5. Assemble the sandwich with mayo on the bottom, followed by the egg, lettuce, bacon, and tomatoes.
- 6. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
